Common Download Problems
1. This report is temporarily unavailable
Each publisher has its own quota, some of of our older posts / offers are no longer available, please check other offers available from our website.
2. Blank Page / Blank Document
This happens to some web browsers, also affected by the type of firewall or other applications you use, this may also be caused because you have older version of PDF reader.
Please leave us a comment if you open up a blank document, or you can try to install newer version of PDF reader.
3. Unable to enter a valid phone number in the form
We have mentioned to our partners already, and they are making the changes. Please leave no blank space between the numbers, then you should be able to enter the numbers in the form.
4. Unable to enter a valid E-mail address
The form has character limits, this may occur when you have a very long e-mail address. It is very uncommon when this happens, please try with another e-mail address or contact us when this occurs.
5. I have not received any e-mail after registration
First – please check on your SPAM folder as the e-mails could be delivered to the SPAM folder.
Second – if you do not receive any e-mails within 5 minutes, then please leave a comment under the report page, and we will look into it for you.
6. The offer is not available in my region
Unfortunately, each publisher has different criteria, we do not set the criteria for them. Please check on the criteria of the offer before you send in the request.
